We take care of all the practicalities – from atmospheric surroundings to delicious dishes from our kitchen – so you can simply lean back and enjoy the coziest tradition of the year in peace and comfort.

Practical information: To create the best possible setting for your Christmas party, we welcome groups of a minimum of 12 guests Monday–Friday and a minimum of 25 guests on Saturdays.

Christmas lunch buffet:

Freshly baked bread and ryebread
Classic fried herring and marinated beetroot herring served with seasonal garnish.
Creamy apple salad with fresh apples.
Egg and shrimp served with lemon and mayonnaise.
Crispy fried fish fillet with remoulade.
Warm tartlet filled with creamy chicken and asparagus with mushrooms and kale.
Roasted duck breast served with a variation of pumpkin, crispy pommes Anna and rich duck sauce.
Traditional Danish sausage from Nørre Søby butcher served with braised red cabbage.
Classic Danish rice pudding with amarena cherries.
Selection of cheeses with homemade crispbread and seasonal fruit compote.

Christmas lunch 3-course menu:

Starter
Smoked halibut served with a smooth smoked cheese and buttermilk sauce split with green cress oil, crispy kale chips, pickled pearl onions & a fried potato croquette with halibut.
Main course:
Pan-seared duck breast served with creamy pumpkin purée with browned butter, pickled pumpkin, carrots & warm red cabbage salad glazed with orange. Served with a rich duck sauce split with smoked pumpkin oil.
Dessert:
Cherry sorbet with light buttermilk mousse, blackcurrant gel, dried blackcurrants & crispy rice chips with cherry powder.
