Lightly grilled beef, pickled tomato, baked tomato, ramson mayo and potato chips.

Chicken – Tarragon – Asparagus

Chicken balloutine stuffed with tarragon, butter-fried asparagus and seasonal vegetables. Served with gravy and new Danish potatoes tossed in butter and parsley.

Gateau marcel, raspberry sherbet & crispy.
